Recruiting NHS staff is a UK wide problem with health boards across Wales and the rest of the UK all competing to attract limited workforce.  Working with Jam Jar PR, we jointly pitched for the campaign and have now won this on 2 consecutive years.  The most recent campaign was focused on recruiting Doctors in a variety of specific niche roles.

After some market research had been undertaken, we had a good idea about what doctors were looking for and the platforms that they were using.  We produced 8 case study videos, 1 for each of the specialist areas they were recruiting for.  We also produced what we believe is a first for a UK health board, a 360-degree video to give potential new recruits the chance to get a glimpse at what Cwm Taf has to offer through a VR headset!  The videos were then promoted on social media and Sky Go (VoD).  The 360 video was utilised at recruitment fayres, drawing in people to try out the VR headsets.
